Meals & Snacks

Play & Learn daily provides breakfast, snacks, and a hot lunch. All of our meals are nutritionally balanced and meet the minimum daily requirements as determined by the State. We offer a variety of menu items and encourage children to “take two bites” of everything served. The weekly dated breakfast, snack, and lunch menus are posted on the bulletin board in the cafeteria, in the kitchen, in the infant/toddler house, and in each classroom. Should your child require vitamins or a special diet, you must have a written prescription or statement signed by a licensed physician. Children are not permitted to bring their own food to the Center for meals unless they are on a modified diet.
